Great overall experiance. First time eating pho. So I dont have anything to compare it to. But service was good and food was tasty. The mushroom rolls were great

THE BEST PHO IN NYC!!! This place has been here since forever, my high school friends first brought me here and it was fun being the only non Asian in the place! Now there are all kinds of people who eat here, but very little else has changed, including the taste, decor, waiters and prices.First off, the bowl is huge (you could order regular size instead), the broth is incredible, the fixings are fresh, the meat is so bloody at first and so cooked by the time you eat them, yummy. I like the real pho with all the cow parts like tendons, tripe and some gelatinous stuff - AUTHENTIC!!! They have like 15 varieties of pho, as well as an array of appetizers, more Americanized fare like rice and pork chops, and dessert too. It's all delicious. It's all a good value and it all will make you think that you're in Vietnam. Enjoy!

One of the best and most authentic Pho’s outside Vietnam!I’ve travelled to 60 counties and almost always checked out Pho restaurants while travelling. The broth is solid, the portion is generous, the price is unbeatable! I’ve NEVER got upset stomach from this place and I go there once every other week.

Delicious and for a really good price

The BEST pho I have ever had (outside of family pho). Easy to find but cash only! So go to the ATM outside. $8 pho and its the best you will have!

I absolutely loved the food here! Delicious Pho and Voetnamese iced coffee! There's a reason they've been successful and open this long!

Quick service & delicious food in a minimalist decor Vietnamese restaurant. I love their pho broth:)

Decent vermicelli bowl with a good amount ofnoodles. The pork was enjoyable but definitely not the best at this price point.

Food and service was not bad. Could have been faster when it was time to pay the bill---they kept us waiting a little too long. I had the vermicelli rice noodles with grilled chicken and my friend had the pho. Portion was the right size; I actually couldn't finish mine. Would come back again.

Tasty pho and very sweet staff. I was offered extra tea while I waited for my Uber. Thank you..

The food is good but they take so long to take your order if you’re not ready to order 1 minute after getting seated. We asked for a couple more minutes and ended up being ignored and had to wait 10 more minutes even though we signaled when we were ready. Also one waiter picked his nose and proceeded to serve without washing his hands in between.

The best pho soup Ive had in NYC yet. The service was great and the ambiance was nice. Its also quite clean which rare in Chinatown. Loved my experience!

I ordered their menu order #1 beef pho noodles which consists of beef slices that cook as you let it sit in the bowl of soup. The pho noodles tasted great as it does in most other places of Vietnamese restaurants. They gave the standard herbs and bean sprouts. The highlight was definitely the appetizer of grilled beef with rice thread. The ingredients are similar to the usual grilled beef lettuce wraps however they also provide thin pancakes of rice thread that we put into our wraps and made all the difference. The interior also feels very intimate but plenty of seating that fit our large group of people.

The Pho here is soooo good. Fast service and delicious (safe) food. Cash only though. Food is super cheap

Delicious appetizers and beef pho. Great value in Manhattan for authentic Vietnamese cuisine

Honestly, it was fine. The pho was tasty, but I felt like the service could have been quicker and friendlier. The tables are also super close together, so it feels a bit crowded even when there aren’t a ton of people there. It’s a good option if you’re in the neighborhood and want pho, but not worth going out of the way for.

This place is legendary. It may be “cash only†but the service is unparalleled and the bowls of noodle soup haunt my dreams in a good way. Shhh. Don’t tell anybody about this one. A downtown institution. ðŸœ

We’ve been eating at their sister location in Flushing for years. Their Chinatown menu is much smaller. Regardless, they still have the same great food and quick service. There is no better place for authentic Vietnamese cuisine in NYC than Pho Bang.In the photo is #52 from the menu. Two skillet sautéed pork chops over with cucumber and tomatoes. Love it.

It's ok but I prefer another one in west village

We recently came back to the US after spending 6 weeks in Vietnam, and we were looking for something that tastes as good as it was during our travels. This place was incredible. We had the bun cha ha noi and the explosion of flavors immediately brought us back to the Hanoi old town. This will be a new local favorite for us!

Pho with all the options and quick service, although no jalepenos on the side. Very reasonable prices, $8.75 a bowl. Ample seating and nearby many Chinatown stores.

Best pho in NYC. If you don’t know what to order, don’t overthink it: Pho ga is the bomb

Fast and attentive service. Couldn’t finish my bowl of Pho but thoroughly enjoyed the soup

For no frills Pho noodle soup, spring roll and any rice vermicelli combo this place is perfect. Reasonably priced, good service and nice portions. Two people can feast for $30-$40 max.

Amazing customer service! The staff was very welcoming. Very family oriented. Very relaxed, comfortable and spacious. The staff went above & beyond. I was by myself, & they really made me feel welcome. Recommended dishes & explained. The food was delicious. Highly recommended. Will def. Go back.

The food is delicious. The food comes out super quickly. I would highly recommend. I usually go to the one in Flushing, but I love coming to this one when I am in the area. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The restaurant is easy to find and not too far from the subway.

Good, solid Vietnamese restaurant. Cash only. Next time we will try buncha.

Sooooooo good!! 10/10 satisfying, I highly recommend for authentic food. The staff is very friendly, and again I really can't explain how good the food is. I would give them a million stars if I could ! It's a no frills type of place, so if you don't mind it, it's definitely worth stopping by!

One of the last remaining original pho restaurants from back in the days. The pho is still good but the sizes of the bowl seems smaller then what they once were.

I came here with a friend on Friday night and we were seated immediately. We shared an appetizer of spring rolls, and I ordered their pork chop with rice. All in all, everything was delicious! The tables also have plenty of sauces and a container of jalapenos for you to flavor your food. The man who runs the establishment is very friendly and sweet. Also... SO CHEAP!
Cristian Holdunu
The grilled pork chop heavenly good. Always had a great experience at this place.

My favorite Vietnamese spot in NYC...
Jay St James
Good food, friendly waiters, not long wait even when full. Recommend to take someone visiting the city. But beware of seedy customers.
Linda Novenski
The restaurant does not stand out on the street, but the food is outstanding on the table! Fresh, tasty spring rolls with two dipping sauces, and the generous bowl of Phô, with sprouts, lime and purple basil leaves to add to it made for a delicious, filling meal. We had no room for the flan style crème caramel dessert.

Very solid pho spot. Large portions and incredibly affordable. We got the grilled pork chops to, very good!

I like this place. We like this place. Been loyal customers of this place since day one -many decades ago. I think they had change in management, and people have come and gone - but the food is good. Decore not so hot, but still a nice and cozy place to go. Ambience is good. Bathroom is clean. Environment is clean Prices are fair & food is good =winning combination.

Their pho is absolute delicious but I have to agree with some other reviews that service is okay. I went on a date with my partner and we didn’t really mind the slow service because we had a lot of time to just talk to each other and it seems like most people that go stay for a while.

Great Pho soup! Very tasty, I ordered the grilled chicken and it came on the side, the chicken was not very succulent, kinda rubbery but eadible, definitely need to improve on that. Also the customer service was not the best. But the food was good! For a reasonable price!
